Yes — the Free tier is permanent and covers solo logging on a single device. You get unlimited sets and sessions, the basic exercise library, and one active 30-day challenge. There are no ads anywhere in the app, regardless of tier.

What's the 30-day Pro trial?

Accepted Answer

When you redeem any Coach invite code, you automatically get 30 days of Pro at no charge. After the trial expires you fall back to Free unless you upgrade. Trial entitlement may be revoked if abused (for example, claiming multiple invite codes back-to-back to extend access).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Calilog. On iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Calilog → Cancel. On Android open the Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Calilog → Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your tier until then.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, sets, routines, instruction videos, and shared content from our servers and from your device. The deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions are not refunded automatically — cancel them first via your platform's subscription settings if you want to stop billing.

Does Calilog work offline?

Yes. Calilog is local-first — your training journal lives in a SQLite database on your device. You can plan, log, and review workouts without any network connection. When you come back online (Pro and Coach tiers) the app syncs to the cloud in the background using a last-write-wins outbox model.

Yes, on Pro and Coach tiers. Sign in with the same account on iPhone and iPad (or iPhone and Android) and your sessions, routines, exercises, and form clips appear on both. Free tier is single-device only — sets stay on the device they were logged on.

How does the coach feature work?

If you have the Coach tier you can publish bundles of exercises and full routines to your athletes. Each bundle gets a short invite code (six characters) that athletes type into the app. The exercises and routines then appear in their library, identifiable as coach-published content. Athletes get 30 days of Pro for free when they claim their first invite code.

What kind of videos can I upload?

Instruction videos must show calisthenics technique, stretching, mobility, or strength training. They must be filmed by you or someone you've authorised to film for you, must be at most 60 seconds long, and must not include nudity, copyrighted music, brand marks you don't own, or minors as the primary subject. How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the overflow menu on any community-shared exercise, routine, instruction video, or user profile and choose Report. You'll be asked to pick a reason and can add an optional comment. We commit to reviewing and responding to all reports within 24 hours of submission. You can also block individual users — their content disappears from your community feed and they can't see yours.

What data does Calilog collect?

Your account email and display name; the workouts, sets, routines, and exercises you log; instruction and form videos you upload; and the device push token if you opt into reminders.
