How do training programs work?

Programs arrange workouts across a flexible multi-week schedule, for example foundational strength or a muscle-up progression. You can move a planned workout, pause and resume a program, and keep logging offline. Some programs are free and the full catalog is included with Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Calilog. On iOS go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Calilog → Cancel. On Android open the Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Calilog → Cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your tier until then.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, sets, routines, instruction videos, and shared content from our servers and from your device. The deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions are not refunded automatically — cancel them first via your platform's subscription settings if you want to stop billing.

Does Calilog work offline?

Yes. Calilog is local-first — your training journal and downloaded programs live in a SQLite database on your device. You can plan, log, follow free programs, and review workouts without a network connection. With Pro, your data syncs to the cloud when you come back online.

Does Calilog sync between devices?

Yes, with Pro. Sign in with the same account on iPhone, iPad, or Android and your sessions, routines, exercises, program progress, and form clips appear across devices. Free is single-device only.

What kind of videos can I upload?

Accepted Answer

Instruction videos must show calisthenics technique, stretching, mobility, or strength training. They must be filmed by you or someone you've authorised to film for you, must be at most 60 seconds long, and must not include nudity, copyrighted music, brand marks you don't own, or minors as the primary subject. How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the overflow menu on any community-shared exercise, routine, instruction video, or user profile and choose Report. You'll be asked to pick a reason and can add an optional comment. We commit to reviewing and responding to all reports within 24 hours of submission. You can also block individual users — their content disappears from your community feed and they can't see yours.

What data does Calilog collect?

If you create an account, Calilog stores your account details and the training data or videos you choose to sync. Crash diagnostics can be disabled, and optional product analytics is off until you enable it in Settings. We do not collect advertising identifiers or perform cross-app tracking.
